Superbuild Requirements

In order to be considered for SuperBuild funding, colleges and universities must identify:
1) the number of new student spaces that would be created
2) the amount of partnership funding in place
3) demonstrated student demand for both the institution and the programming to be offered in the new facility (What's this??? Have we been demanding these new facilities at all??? NO!)
4) and assessment of the project's contribution to the long-term economic strength of the community/region.(Oh suuure, pulling out of Peterborough will contribute to its long-term economic strength!)
